I am Leire Garmendithe and I was born in Basque Country in 1995. I Studied Audiovisual Communication at the European University of Madrid and I worked actively in the fashion sector. I was Assistant Director of the filmmaker Inés the Lion, performing audiovisual works for VOGUE or Adolfo Domínguez. I majored the Fashion Cinematography, and some of the works that I’d done were recognized at national and international festivals.

As the final project of my studies, I carried out ‘Glassy‘, a documentary of women’s surfing in the Basque Country, which has been awarded at various festivals, and with which I also received the award for the Best Final Graduate Project in the Journalism area of the European University of Madrid.
